This error is very rare, please do not worry about it.

Login again to your account or use a different browser or use incognito mode and try to download. It works.

If you have a poor internet connection then please wait, all of the digital certificates are large around 10 - 20 MB, They might take some time to be loaded fully, kindly wait.

If you made a payment and money are debited from your payment method and payment status isn't updated here, then wait for at least 10 minutes.

If you still have not gotten enrolled (Pending payment status), then contact us via email we usually assist you within 24 hours.
