Do We Accept Returns?

This is a Digital portal to let students get certified. So, we do list certification programs on our website. any student or any person can purchase and enroll that particular certification program.

Everything being sold here is digital, not physical hence, we do not ship so the question of returning does not exist in the first place.

Can I Cancel My Enrollment?

Once you purchase any of our certification programs and get enrolled, you can not unenroll.

Can I Get My Money Back?

As we depicted above that you can not unenroll or cancel your enrollment, you can not get your money back once you get enrolled in the particular certification program.

What If Money Debited And I'm Not Get Enrolled?

First things first, technically that kind of scenario is not possible at all on our portal. But if you think that it happened to me then you must contact us via our contact page or you can contact us on our social media accounts where you can get instant replies.

In that case, our admin dashboard will highlight any suspicious or uncompleted orders. so once we confirm that you have paid for that order by that particular order's order id and our payment wallet, we will immediately complete that uncompleted order then you can take the certification quiz/exam.

In another case, if we are unable to complete that broken order, so we will contact you ASAP, and return your money.
